If you have any queries regarding which service will be used, please don't hesitate to ask. We also use pallet delivery services if you order a large quantity, or items that are very large. Which service is used depends upon the size, value & weight of the item you have purchased. We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for UK deliveries and GLS for European deliveries. These surcharges are charged per box so if you order multiple items requiring multiple boxes, the surcharge applies for each box.
These surcharges are non-negotiable, as we pass on the exact delivery cost to our customers. There is a surcharge when using Parcelforce to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands. We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery to all of our customers. The unit itself may show some signs of general wear and tear from previous use but of course this does not effect the performance.
